Embroidered Appliqués

The embroidered appliqué process was developed by Lloyd/Ultimats and has been continually improved over the last ten years.

In the process the appliqué is embroidered on high speed machines that allow for the precise duplication of complex and detailed designs. Then the appliqué is heat bonded and recessed into the mat material with specially designed heat presses. The recessing feature of Lloyd/Ultimats embroidered appliqués improves the durability and the finished appearance of the entire mat.
