Direct EmbroideryLloyd/Ultimats direct embroidery process results in the most durable embroidered mats available form any source. They have perfected this process over the last twelve years. All embroidery is by computer controlled sewing machines, specially modified to embroider floor mats. This process involves embroidering completely through the thick floor mat material with a heavier, high strength nylon thread. Embroidering through mat material in heavy nylon thread is not like sewing a logo on a hat or shirt with thin rayon thread. Therefore, they have invested in state of the art embroidery design software to insure that the designs have the maximum amount of detail and clarity.
